NIGERIANS WAIT FOR YOUR FAREWELL ADDRESS, PDP TELLS APC
What Nigerians are waiting for as a new year message from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) led administration, is a farewell address, according to the opposition party.
Kola Ologbondiyan, the National Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, made this in a statement he issued, advising the APC Federal Government not to bother the citizens with repeat of New Year message.
According to the opposition party spokesman, "This is because the current administration led by APC has not fulfilled any of the promises contained in previous New Years' messages since its assumption of office.
" It will be the height of callousness for the ruling party and the government to "spew another round of propaganda and false hope in the name of new year messages. Nigerians are very patient people. They are tired of APC's incompetence, lies and endless propaganda.
The PDP mouthpiece further remarked that, " Every New Year since 2015, the APC and its Federal Government have been reeling out heaps of promises which they had no intentions to fulfill. Now they are warming up to reel out flesh ones in January 2018."
