The Gov. of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano has declared that Chief Sir Victor Umeh will win the January 13th 2018 rerun Anambra Central Senatorial zone election.
Speaking in Ojoto headquarters of Idemili South Local Government Area during tour, Gov. Obiano told the crowd that he came to thank them for voting into office for the second time. "Again, I  am here to inform you that I'm with Ohamadike (Dr. Victor Umeh) in all this all the way. We will win 7/7 come this Saturday. Come out en mass on Saturday and vote for APGA and Sir Victor Umeh so that we can send him to the Senate," Obiano who is the DG of the Ohamadike Campaign Organization as well as chairman Board of Trustees of APGA, said.
In his own speech, Sir Victor Umeh assured his supporters that he would represent them well. "If elected, I will be part of all discussions concerning Anambra Central, Anambra State and Southeast. I will bring all the allocations of Anambra Central to the owners.
" I will help Gov. Willie Obiano to deliver his visions for Ndi Anambra if elected. We will help his Excellency to spread the good message of APGA beyond Anambra State."
Appreciating Gov. Obiano, Chief Umeh said, "Your Excellency, your election redefined politics in Nigeria and Southeast in particular. That election has guaranteed APGA as our party."
In her own address, wife of late Ikemba Nnewi and former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Amb. Bianca Ojukwu remanded the crowd that it was Sir Victor Umeh that led APGA to win the 21/21 victory for Willie Obiano reelection. She paid a glowing tribute to her late husband Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. The former most beautiful girl in Nigeria predicted that, "With our victory come this Saturday, were shall move to IMO, Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu and take."
